Born and raised in Greensboro North Carolina, our family often vacationed in North Myrtle Beach, so I developed a love for the area at a early age. Being a second generation contractor, I received my Residential Builders License in 1986 and started my own company. Loving the beach and “THE SALT LIFE” I moved to the Carolina coast in 1993. Met my beautiful wife in 1994 and have been enjoying the Carolina coast ever since.

As a Real Estate Professional and a second generation contractor, I have the expertise to help guide my clients to a well built home with the curb appeal they desire. My wife and I recently purchased a new home in N. Myrtle Beach that was being built by Blane Sparks with S & B Enterprises Of Calabash. Blane served as the builder and the real estate agent for this house and he was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I live in North Carolina and we bought this home as our family vacation home. Blane was extremely helpful and very accommodating during the whole process of this purchase. We came in very near the finishing up of this new home but Blane let us pick wall colors, floor coverings etc.. even though the house was almost complete. Because we live in North Carolina and had to have furniture delivered at different times Blane told us to just let him know and he would meet the delivery people at the house and get the furniture inside, which he, along with the help of our new neighbors, did. The house turned out beautifully and having been in the construction business for over 40 years I did a good once through to make sure everything was good.
